On Campus Directions

    Take Newton Centre / West Roxbury Exit (Parker Street).

    At the top of the ramp, turn right onto Parker Street.

    At the end of Parker Street, turn left onto Dedham Street.

    At the second traffic light, turn right onto Carlson Avenue.

    Look for Mount Ida College in one-quarter of a mile.

From the West, Using Route 9

    Take Newton Centre / West Roxbury Exit (Parker Street).

    At the top of the ramp, turn left onto Parker Street.

    At the end of Parker Street, turn left onto Dedham Street.

    At the second traffic light, turn right onto Carlson Avenue.

    Look for Mount Ida College in one-quarter of a mile.

Using the VFW Parkway

    Go north on Baker Street From VFW Parkway in West Roxbury.

    Baker Street will become Dedham Street as you enter Newton.

    Turn left at the traffic light onto Carlson Avenue.

    Look for Mount Ida College in one-quarter of a mile.

From the North or South, Using Rt. 128/I-95

    Take I-95/ Hwy 128 to Exit 19B (Highland Avenue / Needham Street).

    Heading west, when you're off the ramp, get into the far left lane on Highland                  Avenue / Needham Street.

    At the traffic light, take your first left onto Hunting Road.

    Stay on Hunting Road until you reach a traffic light.

    At that light, take a left onto Kendrick Street - follow it, bearing right.

    Kendrick Street becomes Nahanton Street.

    Turn slight right onto Dedham Street at the traffic light.

    Turn right at the traffic light onto Carlson Avenue.

    Look for Mount Ida College in one-quarter of a mile.

From the Massachusetts Turnpike

    Take the Mass. Turnpike I-90 to Exit 14 I-95 / Hwy 128 South.

    Take I-95 / Hwy 128 South to Exit 19B Highland Ave. / Needham St.

    Heading west, when you're off the ramp, get into the far left lane                                   on Highland Avenue / Needham Street.

    At the traffic light, take your first left onto Hunting Road.

    Stay on Hunting Road until you reach a traffic light.

    Kendrick Street becomes Nahanton Street.

    Turn slight right onto Dedham Street at the traffic light.

    Turn right at the traffic light onto Carlson Avenue.

Using Public Transit

    Take the MBTA Green Line trolley, Branch D outbound from Boston to Newton.

    Exit at the Newton Centre stop.

    Take MBTA bus #52 in front of the First Baptist Church in Newton (848 Beacon               Street, Newton, MA), the bus stops at Carlson Avenue near the entrance to Mount Ida     College.
